These beachfront building lots were severed in the 1990's. About half are sold or reserved. Several homes and commercial buildings have been built mostly along road frontages. Some of these medium-sized lots (+/- 1,500 m2) may be further subdivided to reflect increased density in the immediate neighborhood.
All these lots have direct road access and water, electricity, communication and sanitation services. Some are located in the Maritime Zone and have ocean views. Shegold Village includes a modern Caribbean-style beach home and a large corner lot with commercial or multi-unit potential, which must be compatible with the overall resort development.
